How WebSpringer works

WebSpringer's power lies in letting you create attractive and sophisticated websites without needing to learn how to use or download any software.

Using a simple step-by-step online process, users can set up a website in minutes, choosing from a range of layouts and styles - like this:

Then they select a range of pages and features - typically a home page, a contact page,  a "gallery" page, rolling news, diary and links, and after that it's just a question of adding the content.

And adding content could not be simpler.  Website editors (and there can be more than one editor per website, with different editing permissions) sign in with a password and click a link to turn the editing function on.

"Edit buttons" then appear next to each editable item on the page.

Click on of these yellow edit buttons, and a pop-up window appears, allowing you to change whatever is there.

Once you click the "Update" button, the change is instantly made, and the pop-up window disappears.  It's as simple as that!

The same kind of process using forms and lists in pop-up windows is used for uploading and inserting pictures, making slide-shows and forums, setting up audio and video - even for changing the style and layout of your website in one fell swoop!
